Thank you for shopping with Take heart dear child. We appreciate your support and want to make sure you’re fully informed about our policy.

No Returns

Please note that all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products once the order has been processed or shipped.

Refunds & Order Cancellations

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order, you may request a full refund within 24 hours of placing your order.

After 24 hours, all sales are considered final and non-refundable.

To request a cancellation and refund:

  • Include your order number and the reason for cancellation

We will process approved refunds to your original method of payment within  5–7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and order details. We will review the issue and may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
