1. Processing Time

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.
2. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Take heart dear child is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
4. Lost or Damaged Packages
Take heart dear child is not responsible for lost packages or any damage that occurs during shipping. Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, it is out of our control.
If some of your items arrive damaged, please let us know by contacting us at takeheart.dearchild@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with photos and order details. While we are not liable for damage caused during shipping, we will do our best to assist you and help find a resolution.
